So, what in the world is an Appayank?
It means you can crave sweet tea and a bagel with lox and coffee regular - all at once. It's a hybrid of appalachian vulnerablitiy and yankee no-holds-barred-tell-it-like-it-is bluntness.
It's the story of my life, which may not be all that interesting to most, but it's sure as hell been an interesting ride so far. For me, this space will be simply my observations about life from this perspective.
My goal is not to build an audience on this space - necessarily - though I seem to gravitate toward audience engagement in terms of career choice (communications/media/music).
I just wanna be me.
